Cantinaville is a fun and festive food and team building event that challenges teams to work together to create the best salsa north of the Mexico.
Fun and food are what it’s all about as each team creates a theme and plate arrangement to launch their food creations. All teams vie to win awards for the “Best Margarita,” best “Fiesta Punch,” or “Sassiest Salsa.” Teams with extra time may take on more creations, such as a zesty Pico de Gallo or Black Bean Dip competition.
Venture Up supplies all the fixings for teams to dive into this culinary adventure, including: fresh and canned ingredients, spices, chips, plates, bowls, cutting boards, trays, aprons and cutlery for slicing, dicing, and mixing the perfect fiesta combination.
As the clock ticks down, the party heats up and the competition begins. Taste-master judges take over while teams visit the neighboring cantinas.
