Venture Up delivers fun team building activities to reinforce work relationships and engage employees at meetings and corporate training events. We show the importance of individual efforts in building a successful team and, ultimately, a strong corporate culture. We show team members the power of diversity in group success, and encourage each team member to reach and listen to others ideas and show support. The inviditual teams in our programs work best when staff are working with someone new, someone they normally may not invite to lunch, or who may work in another office across the country. Building new relationships strengthens the corporate machine.

Venture Up began in 1983, and is the top provider of team building programs in the nation, thanks in part to our Carolina clients who make up some of the 250,000 clients who’ve been part of our staff development programs in South Carolina and across the nation.

Venture Up staff return calls immediately and deliver proposals usually in a few hours. We work on short notice, or plan months ahead. Clients
About 80 percent of our team building business involves corporate clients, who prove that word of mouth is the greatest advertising. We also work with many government and non-profit groups; school districts, charities, and federal agencies, such as the FBI, U.S. Secret Service, and U.S. Special Forces.
Many of our team building clients are also winners of the J. D. Power & Associates Award — and J. D. Power & Associates itself is on our client list.
