Everyone is an artist in our Art Rageous Paint Fest team building event. A favorite for corporate training conferences, teams enjoy a stress-free break from intense meetings and the world of work.
Paint Fest offers a chance for teams to relax together, free of worry, with no pressure or need for a beer. It’s play time, it’s art class, it’s time to explore creative resources and have fun with no rules.
Teams have 90 minutes to three hours to explore their creative resources as they paint colorful canvases of their choice. They may design their own, or choose among the pre-drawn canvases we provide.
Venture Up also provides all the creative resources: paints, assorted brushes, pallets, blotters, tools, and aprons for each team’s artistic creation.
Clients may select from ten mural designs. Each mural is made up of six (6) different canvases and suits teams sizes of 12 – 15.
At the Grand Finale, each team has the chance to showcase its masterpiece for the entire group to admire. In some cases, companies take the artwork back to the office to hang in conference rooms. Other groups may donate the art to local hospitals or shelters.
Team members who donate their canvases may experience a level of appreciation few other team building programs provide. This low-key event is therapy in a way. The wall art not only serves to brighten the surroundings of those facing life crises in hospitals and shelters, but also lightens a burden in their lives. The paintings are a constant visual reminder that someone is thinking about them and somebody cares.
