Venture Up began In 1983, delivering team building events to local firms, as well as and those holding meetings here. We focus on diversity as the strength in team success, and show the value of indivitual talents in making a company great. Our programs combine well with exisitng corporate training programs, and blend easily with corporate conference themes. We have a long track record working in cooperation with cilents to make their meetings their best ever.

Most important, anyone can partake in our programs. We work with small and large firms, and people of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds. We also work with you ahead of time to be sure groups are pre-arranged to maximize diversity and reinforce work relationships, whether teams work in the same offices or on different continents.

Service – It’s about you
Venture Up staff return calls immediately and deliver proposals usually within a few hours. We work on short notice, or plan months ahead. You can expect us to handle the details and stay in touch, so you have peace of mind and the freedom to tend to other matters of your team building event. Our aim is to exceed your expectations, and history shows we can.

Clients
About 80 percent of our team building business involves corporate clients, who prove that word of mouth is the greatest advertising. We also work with many government and non-profit groups; school districts, charities, and federal agencies, such as the FBI, U.S. Secret Service, and U.S. Special Forces.
Many of our team building clients are also winners of the J. D. Power & Associates Award — and J. D. Power & Associates itself is on our client list.
