Venture Up began offering team building activities and events in 1983. Our Kentucky team building clients, including UPS, Humana, Ford, Hitachi, Tyson, General Electric helped us build our client base. More than 250,000 people have taken part in our team building activities. Diversity is the one word that best describes our teams. We work with people of all shapes and sizes and backgrounds, and of all professional levels.

Louisville is our top event site in Kentucky, with Lexington and Bowling Green right behind. We work with people of all shapes, sizes and cultural backgrounds; and offer programs in several languages. We work on company grounds, public parks, and many resorts and hotels.

Venture Up staff return calls immediately and deliver proposals within 24 hours. We work on short notice, or plan months ahead. Clients
About 80 percent of our team building business involves corporate clients, who prove that word of mouth is the greatest advertising. We also work with many government and non-profit groups; school districts, charities, and federal agencies, such as the FBI, U.S. Secret Service, and U.S. Special Forces.
