Milwaukee and nearby Madison form the Wisconsin hub for Venture Up team building programs. Since 1983, we have delivered year-round team building events across the state, working on company grounds, in public parks, and at conference and meeting venues. More than 500,000 participants nationwide have taken part in Venture Up programs designed to actively engage teams and strengthen how people work together. Venture Up’s Bike Builder Challenge for Kids in Need is our most popular charity team building event. Teams warm up with quick Energizers, then assemble, decorate, and safety test brand-new bikes for underserved children ages 5 to 10. Each group receives a child’s name and creates a personalized bike and card, delivering a fast, meaningful, and highly rewarding team experience.
Venture Up’s Amazing Race is a fast-paced, city-based team building adventure where teams solve clues, complete challenges, and navigate local landmarks. Designed for all abilities – correctness matters more than speed! Each race features location-specific tasks, and bonus challenges. There’s no better way to experience a city than in this memorable, high-energy group event!
Minutes-to-Win-It and Team Survivors is a fast-paced, high-energy team challenge inspired by classic competition shows. Teams face a multitude of mental and light physical challenges that reward creativity, communication, and collaboration. From indoors to outdoors and small to large spaces and groups, this event is our favorite on-site competitive program.
Escape the Case is Venture Up’s hit conference-room escape game is for groups of 10-500+. Teams organize fractured clues through a series of locked metal cases using clues, ciphers, and clever tools. Fast, high-tech, and wildly fun, with a surprise final collaboration twist to unite the group. Lightly based on the escape room concept and built with 40+ years of professional team development experience.
Game-On Olympics is a high-energy team competition blending creative challenges, problem-solving, and friendly rivalry. Teams face off across multiple stations, earning points as they compete for medals and recognition. Designed for indoor or outdoor spaces, the event features a fun opening ceremony and a down-to-the-wire finish before Bronze, Silver, and Gold claim their podium.
Mega Car 500 is a high-energy engineering challenge where teams design, build, and race life-size, human-powered vehicles with no instructions and no preset solutions. Using provided materials, groups collaborate to create functional cars that must carry a teammate through a competitive course. The experience builds to a crowd-cheered race and awards ceremony, delivering creativity, collaboration, and bragging rights.
Team Survivor | Minutes-to-Win-It delivers nonstop action through short, engaging challenges that test problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability. Teams stay intact as they rotate through a series of mental, creative, and light physical challenges, earning points with every success. Designed to reward ingenuity, communication, and collaboration this flexible event is a blast for competitive teams.
Mega Boat Regatta is a high-energy build-and-race challenge where teams design and construct life-size, human-powered boats with no instructions and no preset solutions. Using provided materials, and no-instructions teams collaborate to create water-worthy vessels before racing them head-to-head. The experience is unique, fun and rewarding for racers and spectators alike.

Cost is based per-person and varies depending on our schedule, the event, and number of participants.
We facilitate events for up to 1,000 participants. Whether your group is small or large, we have the right program to fit your meeting needs.
Venture Up staff respond quickly and deliver proposals promptly. We support short-notice requests as well as long-term planning. From initial coordination through event delivery, we manage the details and stay in touch, giving you peace of mind and the freedom to focus on other priorities related to your team building event. Our aim is to exceed expectations, and our history reflects that commitment.
About 80 percent of our team building business comes from corporate clients, supported by repeat engagements and referrals. We also work with government and non-profit organizations, school districts, charities, and federal agencies, including the FBI, U.S. Secret Service, and U.S. Special Forces.

A significant portion of our Wisconsin team building work comes from repeat clients and referrals, which drives our focus on continuous improvement. We understand that meeting schedules can change last minute and our team is well versed with modifying events on the fly to meet time requirements. We can also suggest events that easily adapt to changes in schedule.
