Motivation … Strategic … Communication … Recognition … Creativity … Fun Games!

Celebrating 40+ Years
For three decades, Venture Up has worked with government and corporate clients in more than 20 countries on five continents. Bringing American Team Building overseas serves to bridge cultural gaps and create bonds with government staff and executives whose firms have manufacturing plants and offices around the world. What’s really good news is that our international program fees are affordable. We look forward hosting American Team Building abroad, to bond teams and explore how cultural differences make a stronger international set of teams.

Motivation … Strategic … Communication … Recognition … Creativity … Fun Games!

Bike Building for kids in need is our most popular charity-based team building event. Our corporate clients have donated more than 15,000 bikes to underserved children, often high achievers who lack financial resources or may come from struggling single-parent families. Corporate giving has gained momentum in the last decade, and we expect to expand our reach to developing countries, where adults and children use bikes not just for play, but for work and as their main source of transportation.
Our traditional bike building events begin with Strategic Games, a program designed to energize and motivate teams for the tasks ahead. Some challenges may be cooperative, while others involve friendly competition. As we progress to the bike building session, teams with assigned children’s names get to work creating poster-sized cards for each bike.

Rise to the challenge and fun with Venture Up’s Team Survivor and Minutes-to-Win-It event. Inspired by the popular TV shows, this combo program is competitive and geared for all abilities and professional levels. Teams stay intact and compete head-to-head through a course of mental challenges. No need for athletes on this event since activities are doable for all levels when some games call for physical involvement, which is always voluntary.

“”Think Inside The Box?” That’s what Venture Up’s new, portable, conference room escape game is all about. Perfect for groups of 25 to 500. If you liked Escape Rooms, you’ll love “Escape The Case“.

Game On corporate Olympics is a creative mix of team competition, problem-solving challenges and fun. It can also be run inside or outdoors.

No manuals, no technical support and no two ways to create the life-size motorless car that will send your team “volunteer” across the finish line in winning style. Venture Up’s Mega Car 500 is a fun and colorful event that requires teams to design and produce human–propelled race vehicles from scratch.

Rise up to the challenge with our Team Survivor and Minute-to-Win- combo program, inspired by the popular TV shows. This interactive event relies on ingenuity, quick thinking, and skillful collaboration, and is suitable for teams diverse in every possible way.
The program is fast-paced, fun and competitive. Teams stay intact throughout the event, moving station-to-station, facing tricky obstacles and taking on problem-solving games. After successfully completing each challenge, teams win a certain number of beads depending on how quickly they finish each task. The more beads a teams wins, the closer they are to victory.
Being aware of the strict time limit energizes the team from the onset. They quickly engage, share their talents as they compete with other teams. They’re having fun, working intensely, under self-imposed pressure and find new ways to be efficient and productive at every turn.
The program culminates in a festive finale when all the teams return to the central meeting area. Top performers are announced, and the winning teams revel in victory. What has the most impact for many teams is how Venture Up leaders tie the experience in at the finale. Teams at work must stay competitive to keep a leading edge in driving their team, their department and company forward.
Ask us about these popular activities to include in your event: Rat-a-pult Building, The Maze, Teamwood, Bag-it, Arrowheads, Bit Dicey, String Race, Scrabbled, Focus Tubes, Minds that Matter, Inked, Knott’s Not, Flip It, Animal Crossing and many more.

No direction. No instructors … and no two ways to build the life-size motor-free boat that will send your team across the finish line in winning style. Quick collective thinking, creativity and problem-solving are critical to making an efficient water-worthy vessel in record time.
