Venture Up’s Bike Builder Challenge for Kids in Need is our most popular charity team building event. Teams warm up with quick Energizers, then assemble, decorate, and safety test brand-new bikes for under served children ages 5 to 10. Each group receives a child’s name and creates a personalized bike and card, delivering a fast, meaningful, and highly rewarding team experience.
Amazing Race Scavenger Hunt
Venture Up’s Amazing Race is a fast-paced, city-based team building adventure where teams solve clues, complete challenges, and navigate local landmarks. Designed for all abilities – correctness matters more than speed! Each race features location-specific tasks, and bonus challenges. Minutes-to-Win-It and Team Survivors is a fast-paced, high-energy team challenge inspired by classic competition shows. Teams face a multitude of mental and light physical challenges that reward creativity, communication, and collaboration. From indoors to outdoors and small to large spaces and groups, this event is our favorite on-site competitive program.
Escape the Case is Venture Up’s hit conference-room escape game is for groups of 10-500+. Teams organize fractured clues through a series of locked metal cases using clues, ciphers, and clever tools. Fast, high-tech, and wildly fun, with a surprise final collaboration twist to unite the group. Lightly based on the escape room concept and built with 40+ years of professional team development experience.
Game-On Olympics is a high-energy team competition blending creative challenges, problem-solving, and friendly rivalry. Teams face off across multiple stations, earning points as they compete for medals and recognition. Designed for indoor or outdoor spaces, the event features a fun opening ceremony and a down-to-the-wire finish before Bronze, Silver, and Gold claim their podium.
Mega Car 500 is a high-energy engineering challenge where teams design, build, and race life-size, human-powered vehicles with no instructions and no preset solutions. Using provided materials, groups collaborate to create functional cars that must carry a teammate through a competitive course. The experience builds to a crowd-cheered race and awards ceremony, delivering creativity, collaboration, and bragging rights.
Team Survivor | Minutes-to-Win-It delivers nonstop action through short, engaging challenges that test problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability. Teams stay intact as they rotate through a series of mental, creative, and light physical challenges, earning points with every success. Designed to reward ingenuity, communication, and collaboration this flexible event is a blast for competitive teams.
Mega Boat Regatta is a high-energy build-and-race challenge where teams design and construct life-size, human-powered boats with no instructions and no preset solutions. Using provided materials, and no-instructions teams collaborate to create water-worthy vessels before racing them head-to-head. The experience is unique, fun and rewarding for racers and spectators alike.
Have a small time window and looking for a charity event that makes a real impact? Check out Stuff-A-Thon! a fast pace charity energizer focused on doing the most amount of good in the shortest period of time. Stuffed animals are high-quality and donated to local charities, police and firefighters. Each animal donated is given directly to the local organization who then gifts the animal to a child in need.
Wagons Ho! is a collaborative charity team-building experience designed for groups of all sizes and backgrounds. Teams work together to build high-quality wagons and prepare stuffed animals that are donated to a local charity or family support organization. Along the way, teams personalize their donations with handwritten cards, decorated T-shirts, and more.
Design! Build! Test!
Venture Up’s Bridge Builders is a fresh take on the classic engineering challenge designed specifically for meetings and time frames of 1.5-2.5 hours. Teams are tasked to build up to 3 specific bridge styles with limited supplies and given unexpected requirements that push teams to think fast, make decisions, and produce a finished product within the allotted time.
Project 15: The Maze is a highly strategic simulation designed to show how multiple teams collaborate toward a single organizational goal. Small groups work simultaneously on interconnected tasks, requiring communication, integration, and learning across boundaries. The program highlights how alignment and shared insight drive success beyond individual or departmental performance.
Technicolor Transport is a hands-on problem-solving challenge where teams design, build, and operate a custom fluid-transport system. Participants collaborate to create a working solution, then rely solely on valves to route colored fluids accurately. This unique event emphasizes efficiency, team decision-making, and execution under pressure. It’s harder than it looks!
